Pricing
Pricing for organizations is based on
the maximum number of people who will be using the site, as well as
the length of the subscription. Prices per user can go as low
as a few cents per month. Refer to the following chart for our
complete price list.

For example, if 45 people will be using the site for 6 months, then your price would be
$180.
Note that the maximum number of users
refers
to active user accounts. When users complete their
work, their accounts can be closed, freeing up spots for others to start using the site. For example, let's say you
are teaching a typing course for 10 students. The course
lasts 3 months, and then a new group of 10 students comes in.
Under this scenario, you only need to make a purchase for 10 users, because only 10 will be active at one time. If you
give three of these courses (for a total of 9 months), then you
could purchase a 9 month subscription for $80.
The number of users
on the chart refers to the number of accounts that
need to be available, and is not related to the
number of simultaneous users. For a school,
the number of users would typically be the number of
students who will use the web site during a typical
school day or week. For example, if 4 periods of
typing instruction are given during the day and each
period has 25 students, then a 51-100 user
subscription would be purchased. As another
example, if 20 different students take the training
each day of the 5 day school week, then a 51-100
user subscription would be needed to accommodate the
100 students.
Subscriptions can
also be upgraded or extended at a discount.
For instance, consider a purchase of a 50 user / 3
month subscription for $120. If this
subscription later has 3 months added (for a total
of 6), the cost is only the price difference between
the 6 and 3 month subscriptions, or $60. After
36 months, additional years are purchased at the
additional year rate (last column on chart).

Once we receive either payment or a
purchase order, your account will be set up within one business day.
For faster order
processing: please include the following
information with your purchase order or payment:
- The
number of users (students, employees, etc.) that you
are signing-up, as well as the number of months you would like your
subscription to last.
- The e-mail
address of the person who will be administering
the account. An order confirmation, as
well as login information, will be sent to this
address.
- The username of
your current administrator account (if
applicable). This could be a free trial
account you would like to upgrade, or a paid
account that you want to upgrade or renew.
Upgrading or renewing an existing account allows
you to keep all of your users' records.
- The date you
would like your subscription to begin (if not
immediately).
