This worksheet can be used by individual users interested in maintaining good ergonomics for typing and to prevent typing related injuries and health problems.  It can also be used by administrators, teachers, or managers interested in pursuing good ergonomic standards for their employees or students.  Users can fill out this form at regular intervals, indicating that they have read the information about the importance of good ergonomics and are maintaining good ergonomic and positioning principles.
