Stage 1
  • Introduces the concept of speech recognition
  • Reinforces the need for patience, perseverance and persistence as essential components for success.  Speech recognition can be very successful but requires work and perseverance on the part of the user and teachers / trainers.
  • Create a folder for your speech recognition training materials.  Print out these pages 1 through 5 as well as the information and reference sheets linked to each of the curriculum pages. You  may fill out the pages online, or on the printed pages.
  • Links on these pages are information sheets and exercises for practice and training.
  • REMEMBER:  Speech recognition is not 'plug and play'.  It needs work and practice every day for success.
